Background & Experience
DECORUM design build was founded by Erica Padgett, following a higher education and subsequent degree in architecture and a career in luxury hospitality and custom residential construction project management. As a “third culture kid” raised by expatriate parents in Singapore, she was influenced from a young age by global architecture, design, and construction, as well as by her mother, a self-taught designer and pioneer in the luxury villa rental industry in Bali, Indonesia.
